ONYX GUARD: 3D Printing Division – Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All 3D-printed items are made to order.

  • Standard Processing Time: 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • Large or Custom Orders: May take up to 10–14 business days, depending on design complexity and production volume.
    You will receive an email notification once your order has been printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, postal delays, or customs clearance.

Shipping Carriers

ONYX GUARD partners with reliable carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • ONYX GUARD is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Replacements

Because all 3D prints are made-to-order, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

Customers in the Spokane, WA area may request local pickup by appointment only.
